Sending
your Camera
|
When
sending your camera(s) for repair, you must fill out the Repair
Form, print it out, and forward it along with
appropriate amount to the address shown below. The
equipment should be properly wrapped and then securely packed in a box
with plenty of packing material. Please do
not include anything that is not directly related to the problem or
needed service.

Price Information

One
of the greatest advantages of our services is our flat-rate repair
pricing system. We provide you with a flat-rate repair price that
requires no further estimating. Our rates are very competitive, and well below
industry standards. Depending on the brand and the model of your camera,
repair prices vary from $40.00 to $80.00 (add $8.00 shipping and handling
charge).

Payment Information

Enclose a Personal Check, Money Order, or
Cashier Check for the amount matching the listed repair price of
your camera. We also accept PayPal. Make all funds payable to Garry
Airapetov.

Repair Information
| The
repair consists of a complete disassembly of equipment, replacement of
worn and broken parts and repair of malfunctioned
components. Every repair will also include a general overhaul or CLA: Shutter lubrication, Shutter speed adjustment, Cleaning the viewfinder of dust and sand,
Meter calibration, Replacement of film door light seals and mirror foam bumper (if
deteriorating), External/Internal cleaning. |
Shipping
and Handling
| Shipping and handling charge is flat $8.00. Unless otherwise requested,
all equipment is retuned by USPS Parcel Post. Customers may request
additional shipping services such as Delivery Confirmation, Insurance, etc. Please
note that all additional delivery services must be requested and
prepaid upfront. |
Warranty Information
| Every effort is made to assure
that all work is performed accurately and professionally. All repairs
are guaranteed for a period of 90 days. Warranty is applied
to the work performed and/or parts
that were replaced or repaired. Warranty, however, is void if
the camera was misused (had an impact or liquid damage, tampered
with). |
Turnaround Time
| Repairs will usually take
from 5 to 7 working days. Allow extra week for parts ordering (if needed). Requests for delivery by a particular date
are given special attention and every effort is made to meet your
delivery date if possible. |
