Before sending your camera it is always safe to contact us by e-mail describing the original problem. This way we could instantly determine possible causes of the problem. In case if your camera requires a major part such as main circuit board, shutter mechanism, flash board we will immediately notify customer and proceed with the repair upon the approval. 

Every camera will be inspected upon arrival. If a camera has been severely tampered with, or exposed to liquid or sand damage it might not be economical to repair it. In this case we will immediately inform the customer and return camera along with the full refund. 

Please note that all of our repairs are done on site. We do not ship anything out to other centers. Repair usually takes from 5 to 7 working days depending on the condition and severity of the problem. In some instances allow additional week for parts ordering.
