This indenture made and entered into this 20th day of January in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight Hundred and thirty two between William Aylett and Martha Ann P. his wife of the County of Tuskaloosa and State of Alabama of the one part and Jos. C. Huddleston of Dallas County and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnesseth, that the said William Aylott and Martha his wife for and in consideration of the sum of thirty two hundred and fifty dollars, paid and secured to be paid to John Fifth have bargained and sold and do by these presents grant bargain and sell unto him the said Joseph C.
