WHAT ABOUT TSUABKI?

This would not really be about what a fanlisting is about as I've sort of explained that to you already in the main page. This is going to be about Tsubaki and why in the world I chose to give her this sorta-shrine to her. ;p

Tsubaki Sakura first appeared in the animé on episode 9, when Tsubasa Shibahime finally went to school. We find out that she, Tsubasa, and their two other friends Rika and Aya all came from the same junior high, together with Arima. She's very athletic and is part of the girls' volleyball team (thus the title of this page). She's very naughty in a sense that she likes playing tricks to her friends that's why she and Aya became close in the first place. *grins*

Her love life... Well... when she was in gradeschool (I think), she was very much a rebel and a tomboy. And that was when she met Takefumi Tonami because he was entrusted to her by their teachers because he is being bullied by the other kids. She became the sole person who can bully him, however, as she defends him against other kids but bullies him herself! *lolz* Thus, when Tonami came back and entered the same high school, she became the target his revenge. But, yes, as this is about her love life, Tonami's actions of trying to break her down was actually his way of gaining her notice. In the end, instead of Tsubaki being hurt by Tonami's actions, and Tonami continue his torture, they became a couple. :D

So, that's the story. Why do I like her, then? It's because she's athletic. I wanted to become some sort of an athlete but I ended up writing about sports in my college paper. :) She's very concerned on the welfare of all her friends, especially one concerning Tsubasa as seen in the episode when Tsubasa was having trouble with her father's plan of remarriage. She does what she wants, not really minding what others think. She appreciates cute things (like girls *lolz*). Even if she shows a tough surface, she really is a softie at heart (find it out at the last few episodes of the animé ;p).

So there... that's how I see Tsubaki and why I wanted to give her her own fanlisting. :D
