The following examples may use graphics from the Mayer Johnston PCS set, Children's Drawing Program, or from Broderbund's KidPix. Some examples use the Microsoft Agent technology that must be previously installed on your machine.

A Morse Code Trainer with Microsoft Agent Text-to-Speech

Morse Code can be difficult because timing is so crucial. This application eliminates the timing factor. Users scan three buttons, a possible letter, a dot, or a dash. If the letter is selected it is sent to a shape where text accumulates. The Microsoft Agent is used to speak the accumulated text under the user's control.

New! PictTogger based Activities

PictTogglers are a great addition to my scanning shapes enhancements, and have formed the basis for many applications that I have developed for preschoolers and school age students. Making pictures appear and disappear seems to be very appealing to early learners and lend itself things like scene building, dressing paper dolls, sorting and categorizing lessons. I'm sure you will think of more. Because I've also included the UserForm version of scanning shapes, you have a range of access options that you can offer your users - mouse, single switch, 2 switch, keyboard, or Intellikeys
