| Jason & I went to the doctor's office for an ultrasound this morning, 17 weeks into the pregnancy. Here are two of the pictures we got to take home. The baby was curled up and sleeping peacefully through the ultrasound. After asking if we could wake it up, we were told that babies do what they want, when they want. So Jason's idea of blasting the belly with an air-horn probably wouldn't have worked, anyway. :) Maybe it'll just stay asleep through next year! (Who's that laughing?) With it's knees tucked up to it's belly, the technician couldn't tell the gender. We can't wait to put a name with that little face, but it looks like we have no choice! At least for now we know it's not an alien! (WHO'S THAT LAUGHING?!) |
