Valletta is a city renowned for its grand celebrations: they run the whole gamut from football to politics, from carnival to the feast of a particular saint!! The parishioners of St. Dominic’s know how to involve themselves in them all!
Here, we are obviously interested in the celebrations held in church. As a matter of fact, the calendar is strewn with celebrations of all types and degrees, culminating in the feast of St Dominic celebrated on the 4th of August, when this date falls on a Sunday, or, if not, on the Sunday preceding it.
Besides this feast, other feasts celebrated by the Universal Church, such as Christmas and Easter, and other celebrations common to all parishes, such as First Holy Communion and Confirmation, these are the celebrations held particularly in our church:

During the month, each parish group celebrates a Mass for the repose of its dead.

Celebration of Masses
Every day, from Monday to Saturday, Masses are celebrated according to the following schedule:
Mornings: 7.00; 8.00; 9.00
Evenings: 6.15 p.m.
On Sundays, Masses are celebrated according to the following schedule:
Mornings: 7.00; 8.00; 9.00; 10.00; 11.30
Evenings: 5.15
Holy Rosary is recited daily 20 minutes before the Evening Mass, and on weekdays, before the 9.00 a.m. Mass as well.
