University of Alberta - Muslim Student Association
Specifications: This website was redesigned for a student group at the University of Alberta. Our clients' visitors normally came to the website to check out new announcements, monthly events, prayer times, etc. however since the previous webmaster did not have time to regularly update this portal, the website content was usually out of sync with current events. Our clients demanded a website that was easy to edit by non-HTML experts, was attractive and could organize all the content in a structured and centralized way.

Result: In less than three months, our designers came up with the current design and our programmers created a monthly event calendar, prayer time table, quote of the day section and a way for visitors to interact with the portal by submitting website links. Also all the other website sections were grouped into appropriate sections which made it easier for visitors to locate the information they needed. Most of the pages including the home page was editable by a password protected section that allowed the responsible person to edit/add new content. since then the website has been functioning well and up-to-date with events and announcements.

Customer testimonials: We are a small organization with big aspirations. The vast majority of our members are busy students besides being active members of our club. Our budget is mainly based on donations from student-members.

Webclick designed our web-site to meet our needs. Any executive member can update our website without advanced computer knowledge from any internet terminal anywhere in the world. All they need is a password and the website walks them through the process step-by-step.

We get hundreds of hits every week from students all over the world wanting to know more about our small university club. Our website is attractive, easy-to-find and easy to use. It is an essential component of our public relations strategy and forms the backbone of our communication system.
